Molding Machine Operator | $21-$24/hr | Escondido, CA
Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role? Join our team and operate production equipment in a cleanroom environment while helping create high-quality precision products.
What You'll Do
- Operate cleaning, cutting, and molding support equipment
- Load/unload products and monitor machine performance
- Inspect parts using a microscope to ensure quality standards
- Perform basic machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance
- Trim and finish products using hand tools and punch press equipment
- Follow cleanroom and safety procedures
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing or machine operation experience Mechanical aptitude and experience with hand/power tools Attention to detail and quality inspection skills Ability to work in a cleanroom environment English communication skills and ITAR eligibilitySchedule:
- 1st Shift: Mon-Fri | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM (OT available)
- Occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
