Aerotek is hiring Production Associates / Electrical Assemblers in Nampa! No electrical or manufacturing experience is required. Were looking for dependable people with a positive attitude who are ready to learn. Youll receive training and gain hands-on experience assembling and supporting electronic products used in exciting industries including medical, space, and defense. Schedules Available:
A: Sunday- Tuesday; every other Wed 6am- 6pmC: Thursday- Saturday; every other Wed 6am- 6pm B: Sunday- Tuesday; every other Saturday 6pm- 6amD: Wed- Friday; every other Saturday 6pm- 6am What Youll Do
Youll be trained to:
- Perform light assembly of electronic products
- Inspect and test finished parts
- Operate basic production equipment
- Package completed products
- Enter basic information into computer programs
- Work with your team to meet daily production goals
- Learn new manufacturing and electrical assembly skills
What Were Looking For
You do not need previous assembly experience to be considered. Were looking for candidates who:

Training
Your first week will be on a daytime training schedule: Monday: 8:30 AM4:00 PMTuesdayFriday: 7:00 AM3:30 PMAfter training, youll transition to your assigned night shift.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
