- Operate manual and computercontrolled semiconductor equipment
- Set up and run complex machinery for wafer and optical component processing
- Follow detailed procedures for photolithography, cleaning, pattern transfer, and metrology
- Track production data using computer software
- Maintain quality standards and identify potential defects
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

- Experience with microscopes or electronics assembly
- Basic Excel/Word skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods
- Willingness to learn advanced equipment

Cleanroom Work EnvironmentYoull wear full cleanroom gear (bunny suit, hood, gloves, shoe covers) and work with highprecision equipment in a controlled environment. Shifts (12Hour)
- Day: 6am6pm
- Night: 6pm6am
- A Shift: SunTue + alternating Wed
- B Shift: ThursSat + alternating Wed
- C Shift: SunTue + alternating Sat (Nights)
- D Shift: WedFri + alternating Sat (Nights)
- 36 hours one week 48 hours the next (8 hrs guaranteed OT every other week)
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
