We're seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join a large-scale commercial warehouse construction project as a Skilled Laborer / General Laborer. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, site work, civil construction, maintenance, or other hands-on labor roles looking for long-term, stable work. What You'll Be Doing
As a Skilled Laborer, you'll play a critical role in supporting daily construction operations and keeping the project running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities Include
🔹 Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site🔹 Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials and equipment🔹 Assisting with site preparation and daily construction activities🔹 Supporting carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled trades🔹 Operating hand tools and power tools safely and effectively🔹 Setting up and removing temporary barriers, signage, and worksite materials🔹 Assisting with grading support, layout tasks, and material staging🔹 Performing general labor duties including lifting, carrying, digging, sweeping, and debris removal🔹 Monitoring material inventory and helping maintain workflow throughout the project🔹 Following all company and OSHA safety procedures

Preferred Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in construction, general labor, roofing, landscaping, site work, civil construction, or building maintenance Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and work effectively with a team Understanding of basic construction site safety practices OSHA 10 Certification or willingness to obtain one (provided at no cost)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $49920.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
