Were looking for a Maintenance Technician who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and keeping production running. If you bring industrial maintenance experience and take pride in a solid repair, wed like to hear from you.
What Youll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
- Maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and related equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Complete preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected breakdowns.
- Document repairs and work with teammates to address recurring problems.
- Follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
What You Bring
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Hands-on troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
- Ability to read equipment manuals, blueprints, or electrical schematics.
- Dependability and clear communication.
PLC, variable-frequency drive, welding, or fabrication experience is a plus. You dont need experience with every system listedtell us what you do best.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Oak Creek, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Performance Bonuses
5% performance annual incentive bonus (based on company performance, department performance, and individual goals)
3 weeks of vacation
