Job Title: Revit DrafterJob DescriptionJoin a dynamic architectural firm as a Revit Operator where you will be instrumental in producing construction drawings independently using Revit. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of institutional projects, including municipal works, public works, and educational projects. While experience in healthcare or educational projects is highly advantageous, it is not a requirement.
Responsibilities
- Produce construction drawings independently using Revit.
- Engage in various institutional projects, including municipal, public works, and educational projects.
- Conduct research on building codes to ensure compliance.
- Participate in all project phases, from schematic design to design development and construction drawings.
Essential Skills
- 5-15 years of experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce construction drawings independently.
- Experience in healthcare, municipal, large-scale commercial, or office projects.
- Familiarity with construction documents, AutoCAD, design, and construction administration.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Hackensack, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
