Job Title: Architectural Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to oversee multiple multi-family and retail fit-out projects. This role involves managing the day-to-day activities and guiding assistant project managers and junior staff through all phases of projects, from initial design to construction documents and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple multi-family and retail fit-out projects simultaneously.
• Oversee assistant project managers and junior staff.
• Utilize Revit 80% of the time and AutoCAD 20% of the time.
• Work through all project phases, from design development to construction documents and administration.
• Analyze project context, building materials, and precedents.
• Develop conceptual and preliminary designs in plan, section, and elevation.
• Create 3D visualizations of design concepts.
• Plan project sites and conduct zoning and local code analysis.
• Analyze and apply building codes.
• Design and detail architectural systems and components for buildings.
• Read and interpret drawings, technical documentation, schematics, and reports.
• Attend meetings with owners, clients, and consultants.
• Assist staff in developing technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
• Coordinate project designs with other disciplines.
• Contribute to in-house engineering design and drawing (C,S,M,E,P).
• Communicate design requirements with contractors and clients.
• Conduct architectural studies and design analyses using industry software.
• Perform job site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance.
• Follow company technical policies and procedures.
• Develop project designs using drafting tools, equipment, and software.
• Adhere to ethical standards outlined in the company handbook.
• Participate in in-house training sessions for technical knowledge.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Cedar Grove, NJ.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
