Location: Austin, TX (100% Onsite)
Travel: Up to 50% domestic travel requiredKey Responsibilities
- Lead educational programs and clinical training sessions for healthcare professionals.
- Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on workshops in both small and large group settings.
- Provide expertise on facial anatomy, injectable treatment techniques, and patient safety.
- Support training center operations, policies, and clinical best practices.
- Assess clinical processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, anatomy labs, and advanced training programs.
- Travel as needed to support educational events and training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted NP, PA, or RN license.
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with facial injectables.
- Required: Hands-on cannula experience.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and patient safety.
- Experience presenting, educating, or training healthcare professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Clinical education or training experience in aesthetics.
- Licensure in California, Georgia, or Texas.
- Experience facilitating workshops, labs, or professional training programs.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Austin, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $69.00 - $80.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
