- Mitigate technical risks and resolve architectural bottlenecks by enforcing Agile methodologies, quality assurance standards, and strict regulatory compliance.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex telecommunications infrastructure and software projects, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
