As a Supply Chain Tech Coordinator – Level 3 your role at Chandler, AZ will be pivotal in supporting missions critical to national and global security. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.

The Tech Coordinator will work closely with the production planner and manufacturing to ensure material and planning are available for production. Responsibilities include work order closure, material ordering to the factory floor, and coordination of product movement.
Job Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:
Use of MRP to close work orders; pick materials from stores
Use company vehicles to perform daily deliveries between facilities
Load, secure, and unload cargo efficiently using safe lifting techniques and equipment [e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks].
Advises management, planner and factory schedulers of production status and escalate problems to ensure labor, tools, equipment, and services are provided as needed
Coordinates with other internal departments to ensure the movement of parts is delivered on time
Works within the department to ensure supporting documents are available before production
Coordination of product movement across the value stream
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Property Systems
Mobile Application Systems
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods on a concrete warehouse floor and comfortably lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
Experience operating a forklift or electric pallet jack
Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of inventory and operations support experience
Working knowledge of manufacturing, quality basics, property, engineering flows
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and work effectively
Valid US issued Driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with MRP systems
Knowledge and applicable experience of lean principles
Experience in tracking and reporting status
Personal drive for process improvements

This position will be a standard 9/80. The schedule is a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and every other Friday off.
