Job Description
Responsible for supporting Talent Acquisition’s market intelligence capability by leveraging internal and external data, technology, and market research tools to provide insights on talent supply, hiring difficulty, competitor practices, and labor market trends. Conducts market scans and competitive benchmarking for priority and niche roles and translates findings into reports, dashboards, recommendations, and scenario-based guidance to support sourcing, recruitment, and workforce decisions. Supports the execution of the TA market intelligence roadmap, including standardized research practices, tools, governance, and quality checks.
Partners with TA, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to support the use and adoption of market intelligence and shares specialized knowledge with the TA team. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–6 years of relevant experience in market research, talent/workforce analytics, competitive intelligence, or related analytics roles.
