About this role
We're looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused professional to join Ecolab's Purification Technologies business, supporting the Purolite product portfolio across ANZ.
This is far more than a traditional administration role. You'll be the operational backbone of a small, high-performing team, coordinating customer orders, inventory, logistics, warehousing, freight, sales support and customer service activities. The Opportunity
As the Administration Officer, you will be the key link between customers, sales, warehouses, freight providers, manufacturing sites and internal stakeholders.
No two days are the same. You'll manage customer orders, coordinate stock movements, support sales activities and ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from order through to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
Customer Service & Order Management
- Process customer orders and manage order fulfilment
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide delivery updates
- Resolve order and delivery issues
- Support customer account administration
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate stock movements across Australia and New Zealand
- Liaise with warehouses, freight providers and logistics partners
- Monitor inventory availability and replenishment requirements
- Coordinate imports and inbound shipments
- Manage shipping and dispatch documentation
Sales Support
- Support the ANZ sales team with operational and administrative activities
- Prepare customer quotations and pricing information
- Assist with customer requests and sales administration
- Coordinate sample shipments and special customer requirements
Administration & Finance Support
- Assist with invoicing and accounts administration
- Support accounts receivable follow-up activities
- Coordinate supplier and customer documentation
- Work with regional and global support teams as required

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, works well independently and can confidently manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in customer service, customer operations or order management
- Exposure to logistics, warehousing, inventory or supply chain processes
- Strong administration and coordination skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Microsoft Excel and systems capability
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
