- Set up and commission Krones machines across the product portfolio according to the technician’s area of specialization (e.g., filling technology), under the guidance of an experienced Service Technician.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on individual machines within the assigned Business Unit, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver technical training to machine operators at customer sites to ensure safe and proper operation of the equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on machine usage and maintenance.
- Participate in design improvements, working closely with engineering teams to support updates, modifications, and enhancement initiatives.
- Support quality improvement efforts in alignment with company-wide quality standards and continuous improvement goals.
- Work independently and autonomously, demonstrating responsibility for assigned tasks and adapting effectively to various work environments.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve machine malfunctions, requesting support where necessary, and actively participating in root-cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Prepare and submit accurate fault and incident reports in a timely manner.
- Recommend and implement process improvements, contributing to optimization of work procedures and development of more efficient work steps
Your Profile You contribute
- Bachelor`s Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred
- Willingness to travel extensively in Cambodia and overseas
- Prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred
- Proficiency in Khmer and English
