Role Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Python Full Stack Developer to design, build, and lead the development of modern, scalable web applications using Python-based microservices and React-based micro frontends.
- The ideal candidate will be a strong hands-on technical lead with deep experience in Python, Django, FastAPI, REST APIs, React, microservices, cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise software engineering practices.
- This role requires both technical leadership and hands-on development.
- The Lead Developer will own application technical design, establish coding standards, guide developers, perform daily code and pull-request reviews, oversee CI/CD and deployments, support testing and production releases, and ensure that applications meet enterprise standards for quality, security, performance, maintainability, and auditability.
- Role Objectives Lead the technical design and development of enterprise-grade Python full stack applications.
- Design scalable and reusable microservices architectures using Python frameworks such as Django, Django REST, FAST API, FLASK..etc.
- Define clear boundaries between APIs, business services, orchestration components, persistence layers, and frontend applications.
- Design and build RESTful APIs and service-to-service integrations.
- Establish reusable application frameworks, common libraries, API standards, error-handling patterns, logging standards, and development conventions.
- Prepare and maintain Technical Design Documents (TDDs), architecture diagrams, API specifications, data-flow diagrams, deployment designs, and implementation documentation.
- Participate in architecture and technical design reviews and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security standards.
- Build secure APIs for business functionality, data processing, workflow orchestration, and external system integrations.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control, input validation, exception handling, structured logging, and audit trails.
- Design asynchronous and background-processing patterns where required.
- Develop integration patterns for relational databases, APIs, messaging platforms, and cloud services.
- Lead development of modern web applications using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design modular and reusable micro frontend architectures.
- Establish reusable React components, hooks, shared libraries, UI patterns, and frontend coding standards.
- Integrate React applications with Python-based REST APIs and microservices.
- Own or actively contribute to application CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Partner with DevOps teams to automate build, test, security scanning, packaging, and deployment activities.
- Work with technologies such as GitHub/GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes/AKS, or equivalent enterprise platforms.
- Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
