The Impact You'll Make As a System Application Engineer, you will be a trusted business partner to our customers, turning deep application know-how and technical expertise into differentiated, value-added solutions. By helping customers build better and more competitive machines, you will create lasting customer value and contribute to sustainable business growth. What You’ll Be Doing In this role, you will: 1, Provide customer-facing technical support throughout the engagement lifecycle, including customer visits, requirement analysis, system proposal development, solution validation, troubleshooting, technical consultation, and customer training.
2, Develop differentiated system solutions by translating customer needs and application challenges into practical, value-added solutions that demonstrate the value of our technologies and help customers build better and more competitive machines. 3, Drive and follow up on customer projects in close collaboration with Sales and BU Sales teams, ensuring technical topics are addressed effectively and projects progress from opportunity identification through development and implementation.
4, Identify new business opportunities through close customer engagement, deep application understanding, and technical discussions, contributing to sustainable business growth. 5, Collaborate across functions with Sales, BU Sales (SDM, PAE and BPS), BU Engineering, Software, ADC, Solutions, and CCH teams to leverage the right expertise and deliver the best possible solutions and customer experience. 6, Build trusted customer relationships by responding proactively to technical needs, solving application challenges, and serving as a reliable technical partner to customers and key stakeholders.
What We're Looking For We’re looking for someone who enjoys being close to customers, solving real application engineering challenges, and turning technical expertise into practical solutions. You’ll be a great fit if you: 1, Have a Master’s degree or above, preferably from a 211/985 university. 2, Have at least one year of experience in electro-hydraulic control systems, hydraulics, or a related engineering field. 3, Possess good English communication skills (CET-6 or equivalent) and enjoy interacting with customers and colleagues.
4, Are passionate about application engineering and solving technical challenges, with the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders. 5, Are self-driven and accountable, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 6, Are willing to travel frequently to support customers, projects, and business development activities.
