Req ID 91345 | Shanghai, China, ZF (China) Investment Co., Ltd. About The Team We are looking for a new colleague Commissioning Engineer for Test Systems, Division Industrial Technology at our location of Shanghai, China.
- What you can look forward to as Commissioning Engineer - Test Systems: Provide service for complex automated test equipment and drive systems.
- Responsible for Customer satisfaction, provide support to customer in short time.
- Help team of foreign experts to setup and commission test equipment in China.
- Communicate faults and work on solution with experts from HQ in Germany.
- Commissioning of complete test systems at home and customer site.
- Engineering and application of control and automation systems.
- Optimization commissioning process in terms of function, costs and deadline.
- Contribute to development with a focus on control systems (PLC, Drive systems).
- Manage the usage of special systems and calibration.
- Support for service activities and customer training.
- Enable possibility for remote maintenance.
- Identify spare and wear parts on test benches.
- Do repairs and replacements at test bench with special tools.
- Your Profile as Commissioning Engineer - Test Systems: Engineering degree in plant equipment construction, mechatronics or mechanical engineering, study or work out of China is a plus.
- Service or maintenance of machinery/plant equipment related experience at least 3 years.
- Experience in commissioning of test benches or special machines.
- Experience with commissioning Variable frequency drives (brand Siemens, Emerson CT, ABB etc…).
- Service experience for European plant equipment construction company would be a plus.
- Ability to find solutions to address complex faults by trial and error, crosschecking parts.
- Able and willing to use common and special hand tools for repairs and replacements at test bench.
- Extensive knowledge of control technology (PLC) with Siemens S7 and Rockwell ControlLogix.
- Basic Knowledge of common soft- and hardware of plant equipment.
- Knowledge in control and drive technology as well as in robotics.
- Experience with Siemens PLC S7-300 and TIA programming and fault diagnosis.
- Geometry Measuring and alignment of machine components.
- English could be working language.
- Skilled of operating MS Office, Siemens Simatic Manager, TIA portal, WinCC flexible, AutoCAD etc…
- Good skills in teamwork and communication as well as flexibility and willingness to travel.
