Importante empresa multinacional, dedicada al rubro logístico requiere incorporar a su equipo de trabajo a un practicante de la carrera de comercio exterior o Internacional, para el área de servicio al cliente Fuerza Aérea Dentro de las funciones que deberás realizar: 1 Contactar a las aerolíneas para solicitar reserva de espacio 2 Analizar las instrucciones a fin de cumplir con los pasos exigidos por Compliance 3 Chequear en One ID si shipper y consignee está creado, sino proceder a la creación y aprobación respectiva 4 Emitir solicitud de servicio para cargas recogidas por CEVA 5 Informar al cliente y agente de aduana reserva de la mercadería 6 Coordinar con Agencia de Aduanas el ingreso de las cargas a zona primaria y bodega para entrega a aerolíneas 7 Coordinar y verificar el peso de la carga en los almacenes de exportación 8 Ingresar la operación en sistema para la emisión del MAWB, HAWB y manifiesto de carga Our Organization is an equal opportunity employer.
