Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! You will be responsible for ensuring that the health club is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained for guests. You will greet and assist guests with information about the facilities, handle check-ins, and ensure the smooth flow of guests through the fitness and wellness areas. You will ensure that the health club is equipped with fresh towels, properly maintained equipment, and all amenities are in working order. As a Nature Center Attendant, you’re not just fulfilling the daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Welcome guests and provide information about the Nature Centre's facilities, operating hours, programmes, and activities.
  • Assist guests with enquiries and provide guidance to ensure a pleasant and engaging nature centre experience.
  • Support and facilitate daily nature-based activities, including guided walks, gardening, wildlife observation, and environmental awareness programmes.
  • Assist with setting up, preparing, and maintaining activity areas, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, safety, and overall presentation of the Nature Centre's indoor and outdoor areas.
  • Monitor the condition of facilities, equipment, and surrounding natural areas, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
  • Encourage guests, especially children and families, to participate in nature-related activities and practise environmental awareness.
  • Support sustainability initiatives by promoting eco-friendly practices and responsible interaction with the natural environment.
  • Assist in coordinating special events, seasonal activities, and other recreational programmes.
  • Ensure all activities and guest interactions comply with established safety procedures, including providing basic first aid assistance when required.
  • Work closely with other departments to support hotel activities and create meaningful guest experiences.

At Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:

A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality. Acting with Integrity and always doing the right thing. Inspiring others through Leadership. A belief that Teamwork drives the best outcomes. A sense of Ownership and accountability. And a focus on the Now, bringing urgency and discipline to every moment, knowing it can make a lasting impact.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, nature-related activities or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-oriented approach.
  • Passion for nature, environmental awareness and outdoor activities.
  • Ability to conduct and assist with recreational and nature-based activities.
  • Good understanding of safety procedures; CPR and First Aid certification will be an advantage.
