The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment practices, including recruiting, hiring, salary, benefits and compensation decisions, and the collection and processing of the personal data that you provide on this website. You will be eligible for compensation or benefits only as may be provided to you by the independent franchisee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a courteous, friendly, and professional attitude always.
- Ensure all equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Assist kitchen staff as needed.
- Assist with buffet lines when needed.
- Dispose of all garbage.
- Keep floors clean and mopped.
- Clean pots, pans, and dishes using proper sanitation.
- Properly store all supplies after cleaning.
- Completely follows closing guidelines.
- Must be flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
- Adhere to hotel's dress code.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in food preparation in a professional environment preferred.
- Ability to tolerate pressure and work calmly and efficiently during busy times.
- Detail oriented
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
- Must be self-motivated and organized.
- Ability to take direction.
- Minimum Age Requirement 18
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking the entire shift.
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
