About this role
Maintaining smooth operation of the Bank’s Unified Communications and Collaboration systems. The role is responsible for supporting Enterprise IP Telephony, Contact Center platforms, IPC dealing room systems, Video Conferencing, AV solutions, voice recording, and call quality monitoring systems. Duties include administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, project implementation support, documentation, tuning, and performance optimization to ensure uninterrupted business operations and service availability.
