This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality repairs, and is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance tasks throughout the day.Candidates with experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general maintenance are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Complete apartment turns, including drywall repair, painting, basic plumbing repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and property grounds Respond to tenant maintenance requests and complete work orders in a timely manner Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine appropriate repair solutions Complete HVAC filter changes, gutter cleaning, and routine property inspections Use a smartphone to receive, update, and close out digital work orders Maintain a professional and customer-focused attitude when working in occupied residences Support team members and assist with a variety of maintenance projects as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain clean, organized work areas
Qualifications
At least 2 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, property maintenance, or related experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to provide and maintain basic hand tools Comfortable using a smartphone for work orders and communication Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and customer service skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day

Apartment or property maintenance Facilities maintenance HVAC maintenance and preventive maintenance Plumbing repairs Electrical troubleshooting and repairs Carpentry and drywall repair General construction experience Grounds or property maintenance

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
