Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy troubleshooting equipment? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team and help keep production running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial maintenance experience who wants steady year-round work, overtime opportunities, and room for advancement.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyor, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Maintain HVAC equipment, pumps, and building infrastructure
- Complete general facility repairs, including light plumbing, painting, and door repairs
- Document maintenance activities and work orders
- Support equipment uptime and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Motors, bearings, pumps, and conveyor systems
- VFDs, electric motors, and 24V-480V electrical systems
- Automation components such as sensors, photo eyes, and proximity switches
- Packaging or production equipment including palletizers, sealers, and blow molding machines

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
