🔧 Industrial Maintenance Technicians Wanted
We are actively seeking experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join a brand-new, highly automated production and distribution facility. This is a hands-on role working with advanced industrial systemsideal for technicians with strong experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.If you have experience maintaining high-speed automation, conveyors, robotics, and industrial equipment, this is an opportunity to work at a cutting-edge site from day one.
Required Experience (No Exceptions)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse facility
- Proven experience working with:
- Automated conveyor systems
- Industrial automation and/or robotics
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial setting
🔩 Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment
- Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems
- Support a 24/7 high-volume industrial operation
- Identify and drive continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Mentor less experienced technicians as needed
🛠Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CMMS systems
- Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards
- Advanced troubleshooting in electrical and mechanical systems
