Microsoft Modern Work & Copilot Presales Consultant
Role Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Modern Work & Copilot Presales Consultant to support customer and partner engagements across Microsoft 365, Modern Work, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Drive technical presales for Microsoft 365 Modern Work and Copilot solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing, SKUs, entitlements, and commercial models, including Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, E5, F-series, Office 365 and Copilot.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend the right Microsoft 365 licensing and solution architecture.
- Support Google Workspace/G Suite to Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, OneDrive and SharePoint.
- Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demos, PoCs and solution assessments.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, including administration, licensing, adoption, governance and usage monitoring.
- Hands-on knowledge of Copilot Studio, Agent Builder and Microsoft 365 Copilot agents, including creating agents and connecting knowledge sources.
- Understand Copilot Studio licensing, Copilot Credits, consumption and commercial models.
- Work closely with sales, Microsoft and partners to support opportunity qualification and technical closure.
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of experience in Microsoft 365, Modern Work, cloud presales or solution consulting.
- Strong Microsoft 365 licensing and SKU knowledge.
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Hands-on experience with Copilot and Copilot Studio.
- Customer-facing presentation and workshop skills.
- Strong communication and consultative-selling skills.
Preferred
- Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals – AB-900
- Microsoft 365 / Azure / Power Platform certifications or relevant Microsoft Applied Skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with G Suite
- Microsoft 365 migrations.
- Experience creating Copilot/AI agents and conducting Copilot PoCs.
- Experience in Microsoft licensing assessments and optimization.
