DHL Express Laos Sole Company Limited is looking for motivated persons to fill its vacancy of the Telesales and Marketing Executive.
Telesales and Marketing Executive: (01 Position)
Nature & Scope of the Job
- Act as main contact for DHL of small trading accounts under Telesales, responding and satisfying their sales and post-sales requirements. And achieve assigned Sales targets.
- Manage Tele Sales customers by phone or direct mail.
- Provide customer-oriented services at all times for Tele Sales customers.
- Ensure co-operation with other members of the sales team and throughout the sales force.
- Build and maintain strong vendor-client relationships.
- Raise relevant paperwork for the main customer database ensuring customer information is available throughout the organization.
- Assist in planning and executing Marketing agendas events or projects, including supervise agencies' working progress and working with internal and external parties (e.g. printers, event organizers, graphic designers, advertising agencies, media outlets).
- Coordinate the development of advertising / marketing communications materials such as creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and prospects.
- Develop and coordinate multimedia packages (e.g. letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays)
- Manage all marketing activities for all targeted digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and monitor and react to social media exposure.
Requirements
- Well-organized, hardworking, aggressive, and able to work under pressure.
- College degree or above is preferable in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or related field is required.
- At least 2 years working within a sales environment in a proactive telesales role, Marketing role with proven results.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Excellent in written and spoken English.
- Good computer skill (MS office).
