- We require at least three years of experience in an ERP systems role.
- Advanced SQL query-writing skills are essential.
- SAP Business One experience is preferred but not essential; Business Process Automation (BPA) experience is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- We rely on this role to help ensure the reliable performance of our SAP Business One ERP system and troubleshoot and resolve related hardware, software, user access, and other issues.
- Youll participate in projects to gather user requirements and design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks, and integrations.
- Youll monitor system performance and usage to help maintain security and reliability, and coordinate software releases, fixes, and upgrades with our third-party support team and users.
- Youll recommend configuration, workflow, or feature changes based on user feedback and produce SQL reports.
- Youll create and maintain SAP Business One accounts and permissions, educate users about system functionality, and promote understanding of our application suite.
- Youll develop solutions to business problems using SAP Business One and Business Process Automation, and create and maintain SQL reports.
- Youll liaise with business partners and third-party support to gather and develop business requirements, and maintain close relationships with department leaders to support systemic improvements and best practices.
- Youll provide raw data to teams for analytics, manage and execute continuous improvement projects, and maintain the integrity and cleanliness of our databases.
- Youll help ensure appropriate systems and controls are in place for audits and provide evidence to external auditors.
