Requirements
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing and deploying Rubrik solutions from scratch
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end Rubrik implementations in enterprise IT environments
- Strong knowledge of Rubrik backup and recovery technologies, including installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting
- Experience integrating Rubrik with enterprise infrastructure, including virtualised environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues
- Experience delivering projects in a Professional Services, consultancy or MSP environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex technical matters in straightforward, non-technical language
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical delivery and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
- Immediate availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Install, configure and deploy Rubrik backup and recovery solutions in a complex enterprise environment
- Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from initial planning and configuration through testing, troubleshooting and handover
- Identify, diagnose and resolve technical issues throughout deployment
- Work with internal infrastructure teams and client stakeholders to support successful implementation
- Provide technical guidance, identify potential risks and recommend practical solutions to deployment challenges
- Communicate technical concepts, project progress and issues clearly to senior managers and non-technical stakeholders
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer after implementation

We have partnered with an established IT services provider on a project delivery role implementing a Rubrik backup and recovery solution in a large enterprise environment. The project is at an early stage and requires hands-on delivery from initial deployment through to handover; this is not a BAU support role. The initial contract is six months, with a view to extension. The role is predominantly remote, with occasional travel to Gaydon, Warwickshire, approximately once every two weeks. The start date is ASAP, and the IR35 status is Inside IR35, subject to confirmation. A successful referral may be eligible for a reward of up to £1,000, subject to terms.
