- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and user support

- Flexible and willing to take on tasks beyond IT
- Bachelors degree preferred
- 7 years of IT management experience required
- 7 years of IT support experience required
- 7 years of Microsoft 365 experience required
- 5 years of software troubleshooting experience required
- 5 years of Microsoft Windows Server experience required
- United Kingdom work authorisation required
Responsibilities
- Manage IT support, Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Windows Server
- Maintain IT infrastructure, networks, hardware, and business applications
- Manage IT assets and equipment, and coordinate user onboarding and offboarding
- Liaise with external IT suppliers and service providers
- Support ISO 27001 documentation and compliance
- Coordinate office facilities, access control, and maintenance
- Maintain client and project records and operational reports
- Support facilities and office management, client administration, and business operations
