Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, working on BAU tickets including incidents, work orders, problems, BAU improvements, and project work on a rotation basis
- Focus initially on learning the estate, including supporting daily operational meetings and service management for service-impacting tickets
- Work closely with Storage Admin Engineers, Delivery, infrastructure leaders, and application owners
- Carry out morning checks and report to Operations Morning Meetings
- Attend weekly BAU ticket management meetings and resolve tickets within SLA
- Use automation and scripting to help manage the estate more efficiently
