Requirements
- 4+ years experience in a corporate IT environment, ideally in financial services, insurance, or healthcare
- At least 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally on cloud or DevOps programmes
- Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban, including supporting multiple teams
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
- Strong judgement in identifying risks and knowing when to escalate them
- Skills in running Scrum ceremonies, coaching and facilitation, removing blockers, stakeholder management, clear communication, Agile tooling and metrics, and broader framework knowledge
- Relevant Agile certifications, such as PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master, are welcome
Responsibilities
- Lead one or more Scrum teams, including offshore or distributed teams, through complex workstreams
- Coach teams on Agile values and practices, building transparency and continuous improvement
- Work with the Product Owner on release planning and keep the backlog ready for work
- Manage dependencies between teams and clear or escalate delivery blockers
- Track and report Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown
- Encourage modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, test automation, and AI adoption
