Requirements

- Were seeking experience with Dell EMC VPLEX, Unity, and VxRail; Commvault; Cisco MDS administration and configuration; and Cohesity maintenance and support.
- We value a structured approach to work and the ability to deal professionally with people at all levels.
- Automation skills using PowerShell and other scripting languages are required to help manage our estate more efficiently.
- Desirable: process documentation and improvement; Dell EMC RecoverPoint, Unity, and VNX; PeerSync migration tools; Commvault administration and configuration; Cohesity maintenance and support; Superna Eyeglass; and S3 experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, working on BAU tickets including incidents, work orders, problems, BAU improvements, and project work on a rotation basis.
- Focus on a designated period of work to gain understanding of the estate, including supporting daily operational meetings and providing service management support for service-impacting tickets.
- Administer NAS and work closely with storage administration engineers, delivery teams, infrastructure leaders, and application owners.
- Carry out morning checks and report to operations morning meetings.
- Attend weekly BAU ticket management meetings and resolve tickets within SLA.
