Requirements
- Experience in business systems, enterprise applications or business process management
- Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions
- Experience delivering business transformation or cross-functional projects
- Understanding of Agile development and software delivery practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external suppliers or implementation partners
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Desirable: SAP experience and knowledge of Microsoft Azure
- Desirable: Experience with workflow automation, BPM or low-code platforms
- Desirable: Experience working in an international organisation
- Desirable: Knowledge of governance, compliance and change management
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and improvement of business systems and processes
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
- Oversee the implementation, enhancement and support of business applications, including SAP
- Analyse and redesign processes to improve efficiency and user experience
- Support system integrations, upgrades, testing and change management
- Work with IT teams, external suppliers and implementation partners to deliver projects
- Ensure systems are reliable, well managed and aligned with business needs
- Maintain clear documentation, standards and governance
- Support user adoption, training and continuous improvement
- Lead and develop team members, analysts and project teams
