Requirements
- Proven experience in tour development, escorted touring, or cruise-and-tour product creation
- Strong international destination and itinerary knowledge
- Confident supplier negotiation skills and excellent commercial awareness
- Skills in costing, pricing, budgeting, and margin management
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about developing standout holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with a tour operator or cruise specialist is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative escorted tours and cruise-and-tour itineraries
- Research new destinations, trends, and distinctive customer experiences
- Build relationships with international suppliers, DMCs, hotels, and cruise lines
- Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive experiences, and added-value inclusions
- Manage product costing, pricing, budgets, and profit margins
- Coordinate product delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and deadlines are met
- Work with our Marketing team to develop engaging product content and key selling points
- Review sales performance and customer feedback to improve existing products
- Support and train our sales team on new and existing products
