Requirements
- Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar Salesforce support role
- Strong understanding of Salesforce administration, configuration and security
- Experience handling BAU support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving user issues
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Flow, reports, dashboards and data management
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Salesforce Administrator certification is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administration and BAU support for our Salesforce platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, user queries and system errors
- Manage user accounts, permissions, profiles, roles and access controls
- Maintain data quality, integrity and accuracy across Salesforce
- Create and update reports, dashboards, workflows and validation rules
- Support configuration changes, including custom objects, fields, page layouts and automation
- Work with our internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and improve Salesforce functionality
- Assist with system testing, upgrades, releases and ongoing platform maintenance
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the user experience

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an office-based Salesforce Administrator to join a growing business. The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day Salesforce administration, work with stakeholders across business functions and develop expertise in a supportive team environment. During the first 12 months, the focus will be predominantly on BAU support, with opportunities to contribute to platform improvements, enhancements and wider Salesforce projects as the role develops.
