Requirements
- Security clearance or eligibility to obtain security clearance
- Significant experience as a Business Analyst in large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience delivering infrastructure, cloud or technology transformation programmes
- Ability to work with architects, engineers, project teams and senior business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC and technology change lifecycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- BCS, ISEB, IIBA or equivalent Business Analysis certification desirable
- Experience in Financial Services, Government, Regulatory or other highly regulated environments beneficial
- Experience in some or all of the following areas: infrastructure modernisation, technology transformation, technical debt reduction, Microsoft Azure, cloud adoption, hybrid infrastructure, networks, datacentres, compute, storage, virtualisation, end-user technology, cyber security, identity and access management, operational resilience, Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, BPMN, data analysis, data migration and systems integration
Responsibilities
- Capture, analyse and document business and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions and requirements-gathering activities
- Support prioritisation, sprint planning, delivery roadmaps and governance processes
- Produce business analysis artefacts, including process maps, requirements, use cases and business process documentation
