To ensure areas are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition to pre-determined standards, following established procedures, as per the Trust's Cleaning Policy.
Shift - Saturday and Sunday 7.00am to 12 noon
Main duties of the job
1. To maintain clean and hygienic conditions in all allocated areas, to ensure cleaningquality standards are met and complied with. 2. To observe the Trust's 'Colour Coding' for cleaning equipment and materials. 3. To take responsibility for the stores, cleaning equipment and associated products,following the prescribed Housekeeping, Security and Health and Safety guidelines,ensuring stock is stored in a secure and safe manner. 4. To replenish supplies in all allocated areas and to ensure stocks are maintained atthe prescribed level and reduce stock consumption wherever possible. 5. To monitor own area of work to ensure this meets required quality standards of hygiene. 6. To conduct periodic deep cleaning in order to achieve and maintain pre-determinedcleaning standards. 7. To be able to carry out duties in a major incident, fire, site security or any otheremergency ensuring effective contribution. 8. To be able to carry out any task to the standard set by the Department. 9. To put into practice, training and instruction given and contribute appropriately to theefficient delivery of the Service.
10. To participate in cleaning audits i.e. internal place inspection for your area. 11. A Cleaning Assistant is expected to always be courteous and maintain highstandards of personal hygiene.12. Assist in HPV (room decontamination) processes.

NVQ 2 or willing and able to attain or equivalent experience in Cleaning
Experience Essential
Knowledge of cleaning Cleaning in similar environment Experience of working in a job role where you have had to deal with customers in some capacity

End of tenancy cleans , education cleaning sector similar knowledge
