Role description
We are looking for Senior Project Manager in Poland, who can work with client and manage the delivery by coordinating with offshore team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with business leaders, application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure successful migration execution.
- Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
- Define migration strategies, Migration waves, roadmaps, and dependency management plans to support TSA Exit objectives.
- Manage end-to-end application migration which includes assessment, planning, migration, testing and cutover activities.
- Track project milestones, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and mitigation actions throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and obtain required approvals and signoffs.
- Identify migration risks and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Overall 10+ yrs of exp managing .Net application with additional experience in large-scale Application Migration, TSA Exit, Carve-Out and Separation programs.
- Good understanding of Application Assessment, .NET application migration, SQL Server database migration, infrastructure migration, and migration planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and executive communication skills.
