Responsibilities
- Acquire, grow, and manage a portfolio of affluent retail banking customers to achieve business targets.
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services, including wealth management, investment, and insurance solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver consistent sales performance in line with established key performance indicators and incentive frameworks.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement and proactive service.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, compliance standards, and internal bank policies during all transactions.
- Collaborate with internal product specialists and branch teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Required regulatory licenses for financial advisory and investment product sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales, wealth management, or relationship management within the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customer segments.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, wealth management products, and investment instruments.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and excel in an incentive-driven environment.
