Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to branch visitors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Execute over-the-counter financial transactions, including cash handling, deposits, and withdrawals, with high accuracy.
- Identify customer needs and introduce relevant consumer banking products and services.
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and operational risk procedures.
- Support daily branch administrative duties and maintain a professional service environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer service, retail operations, or the financial services sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
- Familiarity with consumer banking products and operational compliance standards.
