Job Summary
The Senior Technical and Engineering Manager responsible for all engineering/technical aspects of the Company's operations, inclusive of value engineering opportunities, construction and overall methodology, method statements, engineering design drawings, shop drawings and material submittals and follow up approval.
- This position also manages the preparation/verification of detailed constructional drawings, negotiation and securing of technical and statutory approvals to achieve and monitor the optimum effectiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and product development.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with engineering projects and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for engineering projects and departmental operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of engineering projects and team members, implementing corrective actions as necessary to achieve objectives.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
