Job Overview Manufactures and assembles various products per established facility processes, troubleshoots problems and performs maintenance of complex equipment.
- Job Requirements Coordinating equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, spares, and sustained production.
- Operating complex production equipment and tools in the manufacture, assembly and packaging of various products and overseeing the work of more junior technicians.
- Following blueprints, guidelines, diagrams and schematics to ensure product and customer specifications and tolerance levels are met.
- Modifying existing equipment and helping design new equipment for continual manufacturing process improvement; providing quality control and in-process production testing.
- What your background should look like Typically requires 5-6 years or more of related work experience.
- Requires high school diploma.
- Completion of an AA degree or equivalent is preferred.
