- Your Role, Your Impact Lead cost analysis and optimization across product lifecycle using advanced cost modeling tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align design-to-cost strategies.
- Ensure reliability of cost estimates through benchmarking, supplier engagement, and risk assessment.
- Drive innovation by integrating digital costing methods and predictive analytics into decision-making.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement through cost engineering best practices and training sessions.
- You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
- What You Bring Proficiency in cost modeling tools such as aPriori or Siemens Teamcenter Product Cost Management.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain economics.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and translate technical data into cost implications.
- Experience applying value analysis/value engineering (VA/VE) methodologies to optimize product design.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams toward cost efficiency goals.

- Effective collaboration and communication across engineering and procurement teams.
