- Reports to a General Manager.
- Directs the activities of a business unit of US$50m-US$300m revenue within the company.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of a strategic roadmap and streamlines go to market approach for the overall company.
- Drives sales and growth initiatives including new logos, new capabilities and increased emphasis on technology and automation.
- Develops strategy on new business opportunities and return on investment models.
- Drives initiatives that increase the overall profitability of the business.
- Drives client-focused, collaborative and high-performing teams.
