Job Track Description
- Ideal candidate should have 4+ yrs. of strong IT technical sourcing experience
- Drive end-to-end technical sourcing strategies in a fast-paced, quick-TAT environment to deliver high-quality pipelines under tight deadlines.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Business Unit (BU) leaders across diverse technical domains to align sourcing strategies with scaling goals.
- Utilize expert Boolean logic, X-ray searching, and data-driven methods to headhunt passive engineering, product, and leadership talent.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, skillfully navigating and resolving complex compensation expectations, benefit packages, and competing offers.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the complete recruitment lifecycle to ensure smooth handoffs between sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Leverage elite communication and convincing skills to pitch our employer value proposition, successfully engaging top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Proactively diagnose bottlenecks in the sourcing funnel, executing data-driven solutions to optimize conversion rates and resolve placement hurdles.
- Perform ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and other duties as assigned to support shifting business priorities.
