Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Care Executive (CCE) to join our CLM Domestic Diversified – Outbound team. The CCE will be responsible for initiating outbound communications, nurturing client relationships, and driving adoption of our contract lifecycle management solutions. This role combines sales acumen with exceptional service delivery to support business growth.
- Initiate outbound calls to existing and prospective clients.
- Identify client needs and propose appropriate CLM solutions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve service offerings.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client sentiment.
- Conduct follow‑up communications and schedule demos.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.
- Prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Minimum 2 years experience in outbound customer care or telemarketing.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) concepts preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent problem‑solving and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup for remote work.
- Flexibility to work in shift patterns, including evenings.
