About this role
To Liaise between the overseas and local customers and the various departments in the organization, to ensure smooth execution of the JOB orders and invoicing, ensuring all sales order / packing list in Dynamic 365
Follow up and provide regular updates to customer on the progress of orders with various departments in order to maintain smooth progress to avoid any cancellation or rejection of the job
Maintain Holiday cover for others in customer service to ensure the company customers are retained
