About this role
You will be part of the Account Management & Customer Support Team , where we work closely with international customers and global teams to ensure seamless coordination, efficient processes, and a high level of customer satisfaction
- Support (Key) Account Managers in managing international customer accounts
- Prepare and follow up on status reports and customer inquiries
- Prepare and participate in customer meetings
- Assist in the coordination and evaluation of repair orders
- Contribute to the preparation of analyses, presentations, and customer-related documentation
- Maintain and analyze data across various internal systems
- Track open topics and support cross-functional communication with Customer Service, Engineering, and Operations
- Assist with market and competitor analyses as well as sales-related activities

- You are currently enrolled in at least the third semester of a business- or engineering-related degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management)
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and a high level of initiative
- Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in international teams
- Interest in the aviation industry and technical products
