Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications using C# and .NET.
Participate in application design, implementation, technical reviews, peer code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions following object-oriented programming principles and established design patterns.
Work on REST APIs, web services, client-server integration, authentication/authorization, databases, and cloud-based application components.
Troubleshoot complex application and production issues using logs, debugging tools, crash dumps, and root-cause analysis techniques.
Participate in high-level and low-level technical design discussions and contribute to technology and design decisions.
Collaborate with customer and distributed engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Contribute to engineering quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD practices, and adherence to development best practices.
Work within an Agile/Scrum development environment and take ownership of assigned deliverables.

Work Experience
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns
- Experience with REST APIs, web services, and client-server application integration
- Hands-on experience with AWS or cloud-based application development
- Working knowledge of relevant AWS services, cloud integration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Good understanding of authentication and authorization concepts
- Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous programming
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience participating in application design, technical reviews, and peer code reviews
- Understanding of CI/CD and source-control practices
- Adept at using Ai tools like codex, copilot CLI etc
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with WPF and/or WinForms
- Knowledge of Windows application development and Windows internals
- Experience with Inter-Process Communication (IPC)
- Experience with crash dump analysis
- Knowledge of C/C++ or experience interfacing .NET applications with native components
- Cross-platform development experience across Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Exposure to AWS services such as IoT, Kinesis, and CDN
- Experience with MongoDB
- Knowledge of MSI/MSIX/WiX installers
- Experience working with enterprise proxy and infrastructure environments
