Job Description
The Supply Chain Intelligence Internship will begin in January and end in August 2027.
We have two Supply Chain Intelligence Internship opportunities available:
- Business Analyst Internship – focused on data analysis, reporting, business requirements, process improvement, and translating business needs into solutions.
- Developer Internship – focused on development, data integration, databases, reporting solutions, cloud technologies, and technical problem-solving.
What You’ll Do & Learn
You will work alongside the Supply Chain Intelligence team to assist in the design, development, implementation, and support of mission-critical Business Intelligence (BI) databases, reports, and other technology solutions. You’ll gain hands-on experience with supply chain data and learn how technology, analytics, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) can be used to improve processes and support business decisions.
Depending on your internship focus, you will have opportunities to:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Use approved specifications to design and develop reporting and data solutions that meet customer needs.
- Modify and support existing database and BI solutions.
- Analyze data and business processes to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements.
- Explore and apply AI tools to assist with data analysis, development, documentation, problem-solving, and process improvement.
- Provide support to help ensure the availability and performance of developed solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong cross-functional working relationships with business and technical teams.
- Build your understanding of supply chain processes, systems, and data.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who communicate professionally, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. Ideally, candidates will be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field, depending on the internship focus.
In addition, we are looking for:
- At least Junior standing; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.80 or higher.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Keen attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience or interest in Power BI, SQL, Reporting Services, SSIS, or similar data and development technologies.
- For the Developer Internship, experience or interest in AWS cloud technologies is preferred.
- Interest in learning and applying AI tools to development, data analysis, automation, and problem-solving.
- Strong knowledge and use of Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
This position will require you to work onsite at our headquarters in Monroe, WI for the duration of your internship.
