At Bromcom, we're looking for passionate, customer-focused professionals to join our Customer Success team. This is an opportunity to take your practical school experience and use it to support schools, trusts and local authorities.
You'll work closely with customers at every stage of their Bromcom journey, from newly migrated schools taking their first steps with the platform, through to large, established organisations looking to maximise value and drive continuous improvement. No two days are the same. One day you could be helping a school configure a new process, the next working with a trust, carrying out a system health check, sharing best practice, or helping shape future developments with our product teams.
